Open letter to Ex-awardees Intellectuals

Dear intellectuals
I am a common man.My priorities are my family, livelihood & society where I live in. An intolerant society is definitely something which would risk all of my basic priorities thus when this issue popped up out of the blue (first time in my life) I was nothing but worried.

I always do some basic study & research before forming my opinion so that I can back my worries with facts.

Your concerns regarding the widespread, so called intolerance in the society which as per all of you has engulfed our country & shaken our society so much that you are returning prestigious awards in protest had scared me.

It was really surprising first, as I was under the impression that India is one of the most tolerant country in the world. A country where people have right to protest where if one doesn't like something,he can protest & if someone don't like the protest then he too can protest against the protest. (assuming they have enough time or compelling reasons to do so)

After going through all recent incidences through available means & above all, through my own personal connect across country (I am well travelled & have diversified and very secular circle of friends,collegues,business associates) I was still failed to understand that why & how India could be deemed intolerant when she still had all possible religions of the world, hundreds of languages & thousands of castes with many more rituals being exercised with absolute freedom . Pleasantly the ground reality still looked pretty normal where people were concerned but for their own share of regular issues.

So after all what the real intolerant issues were? Someone told, you were deeply disturbed with dadri lynching & killing of very renowned writer Mr.Kalburgi.

Don't you think these incidences were a condemnable criminal acts committed by some anti social elements which unfortunately are present everywhere?

If whatever the criminal incidences you were referring to as the model case of intolerance then what we would call about other countries having similar incidences.
Lets not discuss what happens in Pakistan,Iran,Iraq,Syria,China,Israel,Bangladesh,Serbia,Ghana,Russia,Ukraine,Sudan,Lebonan, Yemen,Afganistan & many more other countries as you can't defend them any way (even if you want to).

Lets talk about USA,Australia,UK who might be your idol countries for tolerance. Do I need to mention that racist killings are still a reality in USA or having a name with Khan or grown beard as per your faith could still put you in trouble or probably in jail. Or may be UK or Australia where local groups can still beat you till death only because you are an Asian & you eat curry. You shall be quick to counter argue that such incidences are criminal acts then why this hypocrisy for similar incidences back in India.

Come on guys,stop fooling around. If you don't want an award, don't have it.probably you have never deserved those so its better to return where it came from.

One thing you all can be rest assured that I shall not be opinionated because of your opinion. I shall form my own & I believe that India is still a tolerant country & it would remain the one.

Thanks for your concern but it looks ingenuine, biased & full of vested interests.

P.s: I am not a bhakt nor support any particular party. Needless to say,I am a Secular citizen who deeply respects the diversity of: religion/cast/nationality/region/language/economy/education/colour/age/gender/faith

A humble submission of Aam Aadmi in response to Mr.Avay Shukla (Retired IAS officer)

The post by Mr.Avay Shukla is thrilling, loaded with all logically right theories & unavoidable realities but let me tell you the other side of it.

I am not from elite class who are the beneficiaries of clubs subsidies, neither the capt gopinaths or kiran bedis type of elite panelist .

'I' , am a "common man" who does not want to maintain the status quo so he support & joined AAP & want this movement ( many call it party but he calls it Movement-AAM) to live long till true Swaraj emerges.
In short this movement is like running a Marathon for him & not 100m sprint because he knows very well that "Rome was not built in a day" but he 'The Aam Aadmi' is from a middle class family where taking risk had not been taught to him (again sorry guys but he can't help it as its not in his dna-an upbringing issue) so he wants to validate this movement with help of some benchmark out of history books.

There are two examples relevant to AAM in last 40 years for him to benchmark 1.The JP movement(older benchmark) & 2.Tehrir square (latest  benchmark)
Both succeeded in sprint, raised hope of people,logically right on theories & answer to hard realities faced by common men in respective localities. But suddenly he finds the piece of  History which is witness to the fate of those beautiful selfless souls who had sacrificed their life & comfort for the cause of common man. As far as hopes of Aam Aadmi are concerned ,they got crushed any way as usual with the fate of those two movements. He gets scared..
Now his question to him self (as he is  asking this question to him self so don't feel offended guys) if by taking the route justified by Mr.Shukla,  is AAM also heading same way or there is something different which his common eyes are not able to see?
Then again a justification comes in his mind that if his common eyes are not able to see that difference, then what's the point in raising his hopes again just to get it dashed.

So once again he takes the back seat ,sits on the fence with another hope that one day AAM strategist would find smart,logical yet sustainable solutions for his problems yet they would find the way to outsmart those witty , shrewd & selfish elite class & selfish dirty fishes who has made the word politician synonymous to abuse, to survive well in this man eating jungle Or " another AAM would emerge to take him out of this mess permanently" amen!!

He finally concludes "Aam Aadmi needs warriors & not the martyrs "

With due regards to all AAP activist for what  they are doing & we are not, with absolutely no doubt on the Intent!

Trapped in the midst of being an employee & entrepreneur

The choice of being & an employee in a reputed automobile company or to be an entrepreneur can be a challenging one.
Who better than me can understand this.The dilemma which I am living through since last 3 years now.
Being from a very modest family with very limited financial resources the choice always had been very obvious. To have a good paying job was the only objective to study engineering. It paid too when after getting placed into a very reputed automobile company of India have changed the whole perspective of society towards our family .financial condition improved,the family which struggled through out my study for two time full meal have enough to live a respectable life. All sacrifices which my parents & brother did was finally paying off . I was happy too..in fact very happy. Suddenly I  was someone to be recognised in the society.
But an entrepreneur was always trapped inside me & struggled to formulate a viable  business plan. So many business plans have been formulated & discarded into the dustbin due to lack of courage to execute till I finally decided to take a midway ..to start a company & continue the job as well. The finalised idea was something which didn't require strong financial back up but required strong conviction to go for it.
After lot of deliberation internally I decided to go for it
It was a specially formulated business solutions for manufacturing companies which we named as Production & Quality Management services (PQMS).
I always take pride in giving lot of emphasis to innovation but it could not have been at the cost of practicality .fortunately the solution was innovative as well as practical.

An open letter to Yogendra Yadav

Yogendra ji!
I am great fan of yours..not only from now but since I was too young to understand politics but your analysis on doordarshan used to impress me even then.
I am too pleased that with the efforts of capable people like you,Arvind,Manish,& many selfless volunteers across country the dynamics of Indian politics is changing. Even the established parties are forced to rethink their strategies & becoming people centric which is a big success of yours. Non political common man like me are ready to talk politics in public without being ashamed is the real success of AAP.
I wish it last forever.
Although I am too small to give you any suggestion for the strategies of your party still I can't stop my self to do so.
The very reason why you decided to contest only delhi & not other 3 states still prevails.
Contesting on 300 seats will not only take away your focus from your main cause but also would pit you against BJP which is also fighting on the same ground as of yours.
why AAP can't restricts themselves to 50 major seats to test the water on national level & build the grassroot organisation & be the real alternative by 2019.
Delhi,Haryana,Punjab,Gujrat,UP,Bihar assembly election would happen in next 5 years which will give you ample opportunity to present an alternative to people benchmarking Delhi.
Although I may sound out of sync than your typical supporters but it would be disastrous to start building a strong safe house for the AAM ADAMI without working  on the strong foundation
